DS-13 Killed By The Kids LP is the legendary second full-length album from the Swedish hardcore band Demon System 13 from Umeå, originally released by Havoc Records in 2001. This DS-13 LP delivers 22 songs in just 25 minutes of pure raging hardcore punk fury - recorded at a top studio in Stockholm and featuring original cover art by hardcore legend Pushead himself. Tracks include Lie, Vi Skatar Dom Dör, DIY Killed By The Kids, In The Name Of The Revolution, We're Hardcore You're Not, Bastard Bizkit, Stöld, I Am The Bastard, Nato Sucks, Proletarian Song, Watch Out, Umeå Hardcore, Not My Fight, Technology Crisis, Trash Lifestyle, I Don't Wanna Be A Skinhead, Total War, C.I.S.S., and Media Blitz. The sound progressed into a more early 80s raw thrash style on this album, with less distorted and grindy guitars than the early releases - giving the album a raw intensity that lets the songwriting and energy come out full force. Unlike a lot of Swedish bands of the era, DS-13 played more of an old-school US hardcore sound than the Discharge-influenced Swedish sound, drawing from Minor Threat, Poison Idea, early DRI, Agnostic Front, and Seven Seconds.
