Pandemonium De Pandemonium Affaire LP is the vinyl reissue of the legendary 1982 debut demo tape from the powerful Venlo Netherlands hardcore punk band Pandemonium - originally released on Limbabwe Records as a cassette only and finally pressed to vinyl in 2017 by Rest In Punk Records. This Pandemonium LP captures the band's raw and biting first recordings with the strong Scandinavian influence that Maximum Rocknroll famously called "'60s punk meets the GERMS meets thrash" - pretty fast stuff but with an earlier punk feel, similar to many British bands of the era. Pandemonium formed in mid-1981 in Venlo by teenagers who saw a UK Subs gig in 1980 that pushed them to start a band. First rehearsals were in the attic of Peter's parents' house, then the cellar of the Limbabwe house and the local youth center. Mat joined the band around late 1982 running the Limbabwe label and handling all the bookings and recordings. The band was well-known in Germany too and went on to release the legendary Wir Fahren Gegen Dreck LP (1984), Who The Fuck Are You? EP (1983), and Wir Fahren Ins Grüne EP (1985) before splitting in 1986.
