Rare demo recordings from The Adverts, captured in 1977 in the rehearsal basement beneath the Beggars Banquet record shop on Lillie Road in Fulham, London. Released on Bright Records in 2018, this 7" EP collects five essential early tracks — "One Chord Wonders," "New Boys," "Quickstep," "We Who Wait," and "Bored Teenagers" — recorded just months into the band's existence. Raw and urgent, these demos predate the band's classic debut LP "Crossing the Red Sea" and feature the original lineup of TV Smith, Gaye Advert, Howard Pickup, and Laurie Driver.
